Assessing the multimodal tradeoff

Multimodal assays can register chromatin accessibility and gene expression in the same cells, simplifying connections between the two measurements. Assessing tradeoffs across technologies requires uniform processing because distinct assay read structures complicate cross-platform comparisons. snATAK produces results concordant with Cell Ranger while running much faster, and its uniform processing identifies technology-choice tradeoffs in multimodal single-nucleus genomics.
