Deciphering the impact of genomic variation on function

Genomic variation can reveal mechanisms of human biology and genetic predisposition to disease. Understanding how variants alter genome function and phenotype remains challenging without a systematic catalogue of their effects. IGVF combines single-cell mapping, genomic perturbation, and predictive modeling across hundreds of cell types and states, integrating the resulting data, predictions, standards, and pipelines into an open resource.
