Voyager: exploratory single-cell genomics data analysis with geospatial statistics

Spatial organization is central to tissue function, and exploratory spatial data analysis can reveal structure in single-cell genomics data. Decades of geospatial methods have not been fully adapted to standard spatial-omics workflows. Voyager provides local, bivariate, and multivariate spatial methods through a common interface, a geometry-aware data structure, reproducible tutorials, and consistent R and Python implementations, revealing signals such as biologically relevant negative spatial autocorrelation.
